Arranging and conducting the interment of cremated remains at a local Church or Cemetery. £100.00
Provision of an additional member of staff on a funeral or transfer to maintain safe working practices £50.00
A temporary oak grave marker with engraved plaque. £60.00
Additional Professional Fees
Saturday funeral surcharge. £325.00
Funeral plan administration fee. £250.00
Third Party Costs
Crematorium fees range from £450.00 – £950.00 depending on the crematorium and service time.
(Please see the typical funeral pricing for the normal fee in this area)
Interment in a local Churchyard including the gravediggers fee is around £950.00
Interment in a local Cemetery including purchasing a new plot and gravedigging ranges from £1000.00 – £1600.00 (If the deceased is out of the area the fees are often doubled)
The typical cost for burial in a Derbyshire Dales District Council Cemetery is £1464.25
For an existing grave the fees are less starting from around £750.00
If there is a memorial on the grave this will need removing and refixing which will incur further costs.
In addition the cemetery/churchyard may charge a number of other fees.
